The customer can cancel the order no later than 3 days (72 hours) before using the Service. If the order is canceled later than 3 days (72 hours) before the service is used, the customer is not entitled to get a refund.

If the customer cancels the order more than 3 days (72 hours) before using the service, he / she is entitled to a partial refund. 100€ is non refundable deposit. The funds are returned exclusively to the Account / Card with which the service was paid.
