The customer can cancel the order no later than 24 hours before using the Service. If the order is canceled later than 24 hours before the service is used, the customer is not entitled to get a refund.

If the customer cancels the order more than 24 hours before using the service, he / she is entitled to a full refund. The funds are returned exclusively to the Account / Card with which the service was paid.
